Q. Can I download my audio recordings to a PC or Mac?
A. Both. Whether you have a PC a Mac, or both you’ll be able to download your files onto your computer.
Q. Do I have to use a computer to charge the flash drive?
A. No, not necessarily. There are many devices in the electronic world that offer USB charging including electrical outlets, backup battery packs, and more. Any of these types of USB chargers will work in place of a computer.
Q. The description says the device records for 160 hours but the battery lasts 4 hours, can you explain these numbers more?
A. Yes, the description is pointing out two different features. The 160 hours of recording time refers to the how many hours the 8GB memory chip inside the flash drive. The 4 hours of battery life refers to how long the battery can continuously run once it’s been turned on.
Q. Can I store my documents and other files on the usb flash drive?
A. Yes, the device has two main uses. Use it to record audio, and use it to store your files - it can do both.
Very disappointed! On/off switch has already broke. If I have to pay shipping to return it it won’t be worth the bother. I bought cheap devices( one tenth the cost) that work and are better made. I gave it one star because I had to make a choice. Rose on 21st Aug 2018
