If notice is received from the Customer on or before thirty (30) days after the invoice date for the defective Product, Lawmate-Technology.com will send as a replacement for the defective Product an A-Stock (new, never sold) Product of equal or greater value and performance. If it is received later than thirty (30) days after the invoice date Lawmate-Technology.com reserves the right to send a replacement Product that is A-Stock or B-Stock, as determined by Lawmate-Technology.com in its sole discretion.
